From Brooklyn: BQE to Northern Blvd. Right on Northern. The gym will be on your right between 107th and 108th street.
From Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island : Belt Pkwy to Van Wyck to Grand Central. Take the Northern Blvd. west exit. Go to 108th street the gym will be on the left side.
From Triboro Bridge : Take the Grand Central east to 111th street exit. Make first right. Make a left on 108th and travel two blocks up to Northern Blvd. The gym will be on the left side
