NCBL Season kicks off January 24, 2026

The hardwood comes alive this Saturday as the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Senior and Junior Basketball League officially tips off its 2026 season on Saturday, January 24, with opening night action split across two venues—the Sharon SDA Gym and the StuyDome Gym.

With junior and senior divisions taking center stage, opening night promises competitive matchups, energetic crowds, and a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, fellowship, and faith-driven athletics.

Sharon SDA Gym

The Sharon SDA Gym will host a full evening of basketball, beginning with junior division play and building into a double-header of senior competition.

7:00 PM – Sharon SDA Jr. vs. Queens Elite Jr.

8:00 PM – Bronx SDA Sr. vs. Shalom Sr.

9:30 PM – BNYF Sr. vs. Sharon SDA Sr.

StuyDome Gym

Simultaneously, the StuyDome Gym will feature its own slate of games, highlighted by balanced junior matchups and high-intensity senior showdowns.

7:00 PM – New Life Jr. vs. Queens United Eagles Jr.

8:00 PM – Bethany Sr. vs. New Life Sr.

9:30 PM – Christian Fellowship Sr. vs. New Jerusalem Sr.
